(Nasdaq:ESIO - news) today announced multiple orders from UST Technology for back-end semiconductor inspection equipment.\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\nDelivery will be completed during ESI's fourth fiscal quarter, which ends June 1, 2002.\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\nBased in Singapore, UST Technology is an exclusive distributor of ESI's test and inspection equipment for the back-end semiconductor market.
