NOVEMBER 12--The A600f is the latest digital camera series available from European manufacturer Basler VC and distributed throughout the UK and Ireland by Multipix Imaging. Designed using the latest CMOS sensor with a resolution of 659 x 493 pixels, the camera is progressive scan with an electronic shutter for all pixel readout, ensuring the best image quality. The A601f has a frame rate up to 60 frames/s at full resolution, and the A602f will have up to 100 frames/s at full resolution. By using the area of interest, frame rates can be significantly increased.
"Using FireWire or IEEE 1394 plug-and-play technology together with the Basler BCam drivers; easy system integration with maximum reliability is achieved. Working on Windows 2000 or XP the drivers are designed for optimum use with any of the Basler FireWire cameras, including the A600f.
