New family of “ Slim line” Megapixel Cameras with GigE Interface SVSVISTEK presents a new family of cameras (SLC) which are ideal for space restricted applications: The slc1020, slc2050 and slc2150 are 1 and 2 Megapixel cameras with a resolution of 1024x 1024, 1600 x 1200 and 1920 x 1080 (HD format) pixel. The cameras are designed to reach high frame rates at an excellent signaltonoiseratio and are enclosed in a small housing.  The optical axis is perpendicular to the major part of the housing and offers a side looking view. Therefore the sensors are incorporated in a periscope type of housing. The cameras use the latest XX50 sensors from Kodak with 5.5µm pixel size and feature improved smearing and sensitivity compared to previous models. An AOI (Area Of Interest) scan mode allows to increase frame rates depending on chosen vertical resolution. The camera comes with a Gigabit Ethernet interface. All versions are available with monochrome and colour sensor (Bayer Pattern). For system integration and camera configuration a SDK and driver are provided with the camera. They allow adjusting e.g. the operational mode, gain and offset. The cameras comply with GigE Vision and GenIcam standard.
